Human Resource Officer II

 Education, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with HR statistics, office management, recruitment, and payroll
• Support the administration of employee relations and appraisals
• Assist in drafting HR-related letters

Age: Not above 35 years old

Additional Information:

Salary: As per Treasury Registrar’s Circular No. 6 of 2022
Terms of Contract: 1-year contract (includes a 6-month probation period), renewable based on performance and funding
