The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and collaborating with line managers to fill vacancies with top talent.
  • Address employee concerns, promote a positive work environment, and mediate conflicts when necessary.
  • Manage performance review processes, guide managers on evaluations, and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling disciplinary matters appropriately.
  • Analyze HR data, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Administration

  • Develop and manage the office budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, and prepare minutes.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure an efficient working environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR & Administration role.
  • Relevant professional HR certification.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and office software.
