BOARD DIRECTORSHIP VACANCIES
Company: (formerly TCCIA Investment PLC)
Description: A closed-ended investment company listed on the Dares Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE) is seeking applications for the following positions: 4 Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and monitor the Company’s vision, mission, and strategy.
- Govern by establishing broad policies and objectives.
- Prepare and present annual reports to Shareholders.
- Select, appoint, and evaluate the CEO’s performance.
- Oversee risk management and investor relations.
- Attend Board meetings and corporate events and participate in Board assignments.
- Foster collegiality with other Board members.
- Perform duties as outlined in the Company’s MEMART.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Law (MBA preferred).
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CISI) are advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong networking, strategic outlook, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity with no criminal record.
- Clean credit record, including related parties, and no history of bankruptcy.
- Must be shareholders of AFRIPRISE Investment PLC.
