Dark Earth Carbon on behalf of Twenty4 Marketing Communications & Printing is seeking for a Sales Associate.

Company Overview:
Twenty4 Company is a leading provider of digital printing and branding services specializing in stationary, marketing materials, and branding of premises. We are seeking a motivated and experienced salesperson to join our team and drive business growth through prospecting and acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate leads for printing and marketing services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in need of custom printing, branding, and marketing materials.
• Promote and sell services such as digital printing, promotional materials, and large-format printing.
• Understand the needs of clients and offer tailored solutions, including marketing strategies, print materials, and advertising services.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of projects.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to enhance company visibility and attract new
customers.
• Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends and printing technologies to better serve clients.
• Provide post-sale support, addressing any issues related to print quality, design, or delivery timelines.
• Track and meet sales targets, ensuring monthly and quarterly goals are achieved.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the printing, advertising, or marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and digital marketing services.
• Ability to offer creative solutions and understand customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Suite) is a plus but not required.
